“Amanda was the celebrant at my lovely Mums funeral in October 2020. Amanda came to the house and met my Dad and as soon as she arrived we felt like we had known her always. She was so caring and so very considerate to our needs, showing compassion at every stage. The tribute she wrote for my Mum was absolutely perfect in every way, you would have thought she had known her personally, which is why when 15 months later my lovely Dad passed away, there was no one else apart from Amanda we would have to be the celebrant at his funeral. Once again the tribute Amanda gave was perfect. Amanda also wrote a very personal poem about my Mum and Dad which we will hold very dear always. Amanda takes your whole family into consideration, and it feels like she holds them in her own heart. Thank you Amanda.”

“During the most difficult time of our lives and not knowing where to even begin with arranging our mums funeral after such a heartbreaking time we were introduced to Amanda. Our funeral director advised she would be "the perfect fit" for us.
This could not have been more true, from the moment we met, Amanda spent time to listen to us, got to know us individually as well as a family. Her empathy, care and friendship is genuine and her attention to detail is beyond perfection. Through this mum's life was celebrated and remembered with tears, faith stories and laughter.
What was the hardest day of mine and my families life was also a day Amanda turned into one that made us all so proud. What I never got to tell Amanda was that so many of our family and friends thought she was a family member or close friend herself ... which shows her remarkable ability as a celebrant.

“Everyone has said that it was a beautiful service that really captured Mum's sense of humour.
I have spoken with our family in Belfast this evening and they have all asked me to say thank you for making them feel such a part of today.
We honestly do not think anyone else could’ve done Mum's service.
Although you never got to meet mum, you got her and that truly came across today.
I know if mum had met you, she would have said "I like her, she’s our kind of people”
